There are EMT training programs all over the state of Arizona which specialize in teaching how to treat injuries or other medical emergencies for transport and stabilization to more central care centers. These training courses are regulated by the Arizona Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma System. EMTs and Paramedics are comprised of a number of paid and volunteer positions.

In order to become a paramedic in Arizona, you must have completed prior EMT training and passed the national registry of emergency medical technician exam.
